This is a concept project design for an investor to decide whether or not to buy 2 lots in Bodrum and make it easier for them to prepare a feasibility report.

We worked on how an architectural project could be developed within the legal obligations of Bodrum Municipality. We designed a total of 45 residences with 15 single storey apartments and 30 duplexes. In order to give reference to the traditional architecture, we preferred earth tones and white color on the façade.

As a result of this project, which we designed so that each house could have its own swimming pool and parking lot, the company decided that the land is worth investing and made the purchase.
