This adventure that started in Akaretler, one of the most beautiful districts of Istanbul, now has 4 branches. My clients were young and energetic entrepreneurs. They took the traditional Turkish dessert, donuts with a sugary sauce, and presented it with Belgian chocolate in a "postmodern" way.
This shop and dessert became so famous in Istanbul that a trend which young people call "donut craze" started and dozens of donut shops have since opened.
While designing the shop, we decided to choose yellow as the main color to reflect the color of the donut and the energy of the young entrepreneurs. We wanted to give the shops a minimal look. While designing the brand, we used the round shape of the donut for the logo.
